MERCURY RETROGRADE, 13 FEBRUARY 2007

Tomorrow night Mercury will do it's "flip" into retrograde. As most of you know, the planet will not begin to move backwards, but rather Earth will "pass it up" and make it appear as if Mercury is going backwards.

Astrologically, these three week retrograde periods mean that since Mercury rules communication and messages, as well as travellers and thieves, this is not a good time to sign contracts, or assume that your message made it. Double check everything. Drive carefully. Look both ways and follow up on all the business that cannot wait until Mercury goes direct in Mid-March.

The day Mercury flips, tomorrow and probably Wednesday too, are often days of higher than average fender benders, lost luggage, and misplaced items. If your car or computer has a problem that you don't fix before tomorrow, you may have to live with it until March 8.

Also, like moon-voids Mercury isn't a great time to begin new projects. What Mercury retrograde periods are good for is reconnecting with old friends, revising and re-writing, and any sort of clearing out-- from the garage to your soul. It is also a good time to search for lost objects (except for the days preceeding and following the changes in motion, i.e., today, tomorrow and Wednesday, and also March 7, 8, and 9).

Be especially careful this year. I am still not certain just what it is I am seeing during the last few days of this month through mid-March, but it looks like a series of accidents and storms. Just be prepared. And count your blessings, not your burdens, whenever you can.

PRAISES, THANKS, & BLESSINGS!!!
