THE NUMBER ONE THING THE DEAD SAY TO THE LIVING AND WHY

The number one message that the dead ask to pass on to the living is "I love you."

When the relationship between the client and the deceased was difficult when both parties were alive, the living have a hard time accepting the message.

"No," I had a client tell me once, "that couldn't be my father. All he did was critisise me when he was alive."

Whatever your relationship was with someone while they were alive, they can only love you once they reach the other side. In fact, as far as I can tell, the only reason that the dead continue to contact the living is to say "I love you."  (Except those trapped by curses or fear, etc.  "Ghosts", in other words.)

We are here for perhaps of variety a reasons. We are here to solve the problems that come up again and again in our lives, for I believe that often those problems were our vehicles for coming here; part of our contract for this life.

We are here to gather the experiences of this life, whether we gather pearls or oyster shells. We are here to learn about death. And we are here, most importantly, to learn to love unconditionally, both ourselves and other people.

Many spirits, even those that did not commit suicide or murder (ghosts), are  trapped here because they failed to do the things that they needed to do. Usually not being loving enough.

That is why Mediums are more popular with (and necessary for) the dead. I was thinking the other day that maybe our "Higher Self" is really our spirit reaching us from the other side.

Everything that has happened, and will happen, and is happening, is already present on the other side. Our spirit is already there, waiting for us when we die. Because on the other side we have already died.

And in each present and future moment all possibilites are available. Perhaps not probable or likely, but present nonetheless. And because we come here to learn about death, and because we have complete free will in our lives, our spirit must be present in each moment.

And if our own spirit does not have to greet itself at the doorway between the worlds, than what else has it do but whisper words of encouragement, love, and advice? It may be that we move through eternity, giving love to each moment.

Moreover, the idea of eternity as a never ending series of chronological moments does not appear to be correct. There is no time on the other side. Everything on the other side is present at once. Our lives here serve to string moments together like beads on a necklace.

And each string is woven together with other strands. Once a moment has been placed on a strand it can't be unwoven, even from the other side. You cannot change the past, only create beauty with the pattern in the moment.

Love is powerful enough to reach us from the other side. And Love is the only true Power.

PRAISES, THANKS, & BLESSINGS!!!
