VOIDS & RETRACTIONS

Tomorrow, Thursday, there is a long moon void. Remember what those are? When the moon is in a house, in this case Taurus, but has no further aspects to make with any planet. Since the moon rules our day to day activities moon voids make people irritable and fuzzy. Plans that are made tend to not work out, or do not work out as you would like them too. So get it done today and try to lay low tomorrow. Moon voids are great for returning items to stores, making plans you don't want to keep, and routine activities, like filing, cleaning, etc.

The moon void tomorrow begins at 10 AM CST and ends at 1 AM CST Friday morning.

Looking at the ephemeris, the Moon squares both of tomorrow's major players, Saturn and Mars, about 8 hours before they oppose each other. A square is a nasty misunderstanding, the two planets just aren't speaking the same language and don't like each other. An opposition is a boxing match. With the Saturn/Neptune opposition running the show this year, I think we can take this a vote that Fiery Mars has decided to team up with his watery brother Neptune instead of earthy grandad Saturn.

I am not sure how I feel about those moon squares tomorrow. Obviously she is throwing her two cents in about the opposition. And the same could be said for the long void, the moon trying to protect us from the extra "crazy" energy that will be available tomorrow. But will her square make it more difficult for us to understand what is happening? And then what about that moon void fuzziness? Tomorrow is really a day to be extra careful with fire and electricity. Keep the hairdryer away from the bathtub, unplug the toaster, check the smoke detectors.

Unless you experience psychic energy frequently and regularly (I deliberatly avoided the word "consistently") you might be inclined to think, as I used to, that psychics should be omnipotent. That is, able to know anything about anyone and any situation at any given time. I am happy to say that many of things I saw for the first part of this week did not come to pass. In particular an attempted terrorist attack, a major storm, seismic event, or other natural disaster.

Whether I was simply wrong, interpreted my visions incorrectly, or the future changed, does not matter to me. (In regards to human events, if I saw it there is a chance that other, more respected psychics also saw the same things and were able to alert the authorities. And in the case of Jet Blue, I am glad that they have finally started cancelling flights ahead of storms.) I am just glad that we made it relatively harm free through the first three days of this week.

Two things I had not taken into account, until I read Rockie this morning, is Pluto's movements this week. While I had thought a deception other than the Gonzales/attorneys firings would be uncovered in D.C., I do think we can thank or blame Pluto for the new information being released. I also think that Pluto played a part in bringing so many demonstrators out against the war in Iraq this weekend and Monday. (Potentially that also might have been what my "rioting" premonition was.)

Finally, and this is not a retraction so much as a "move", I think that the economic crisis I foresaw is still coming. I do think there will be a wave of corporate layoffs at some point soon. And I do not think we are "out of the water" on earthquakes and tsunamis. (I was also wrong about the volcanos though, apparently there are two more active volcanoes, one in New Zealand, and another in Italy, in addition to the one in Indonesia.)

Another witch/empath I was talking to described Monday as very blank compared to what she also had been seeing. We wondered if perhaps what we'd felt about the strangeness of the day was that, in this year of upheavals and disasters-- this year that truly marks the beginning of The Great Awakening, as I am calling the Doomsday Cycle-- was that very little happened. Or perhaps all of that New Moon and Ostara magick did its Healing work?

Keep sending healing energy out into the world. Magick and prayers do have the power to change the course of history, even in these eventful and fateful times. And if you didn't get a chance to do a seed spell yesterday, today is a great day. The moon in Taurus is great for planting and interacting with the earth.

PRAISES, THANKS, & BLESSINGS!!!
